God of Light

``God is light, and there is no darkness in Him at all.''

The Word was the real light
that gives light to everyone.

As long as I am in the world
I am the light of the world.

I am the light of the world:
anyone who follows Me
will not be walking in the dark,
but will have the light of life.

I have come into the world as light,
to prevent anyone who believes in Me
from staying in the dark any more.

This is what we have heard from Him
and are declaring to you:
God is light,
and there is no darkness in Him at all.

You were darkness once,
